You are fully responsible for:

All activities conducted under your account, whether by yourself or others.
Notify 10a immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
Do not share your account or allow any third party to use it.

10a is not liable for any losses resulting from users failing to maintain their own account security. The platform uses SSL encryption to protect user data, but account access control remains the user’s responsibility.

Platform Usage Rules and Prohibited Activities

10a users are permitted to use the platform only for legitimate personal entertainment. Use of the platform for commercial purposes, fraud, manipulation, or any illegal activities is strictly forbidden.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 10a platform:

Payment, Deposit and Withdrawal Information in MYR

All financial transactions on the 10a platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Users may deposit via approved local payment methods including online bank transfers, DuitNow, and eWallets supported by the platform at the time.

The payment terms and conditions are as follows:

Minimum and maximum deposits are subject to platform limits and may vary depending on the chosen payment method.
All deposits must be made from accounts registered in the user’s own name — third-party deposits are not accepted.
Withdrawals are only processed to a bank account or eWallet registered under the user's name.
10a reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing withdrawals to ensure transaction security.
Withdrawal processing times depend on the chosen method and may take from a few minutes up to several working days.
Any taxes or fees related to financial transactions are the user's responsibility according to applicable laws in Malaysia.

10a is not responsible for any processing delays caused by factors beyond the platform’s control, including technical issues from banks or payment providers.

Liability Limits, Account Policies, and Intellectual Property

Liability Limits

The 10a platform is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, 10a makes no warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability at all times. 10a is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use or inability to use this platform, including lost profits, data, or business opportunities.

Account Suspension and Closure

Any remaining balance in closed accounts due to such violations may be forfeited at 10a’s discretion.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 10a platform including logos, design, text, graphics, software, and other visual elements are the exclusive property of 10a or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any platform content without prior written permission from 10a.

The 10a platform may contain links or references to third-party services. 10a is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Use of these links is at the user’s own risk.

Changes to Terms and Applicable Laws
